Ability to Add dependent dropdown field in any workflow rule in aTeam managed project

Issue : Ability to Add dependent dropdown field in Team managed project 

Description

• Go to team managed project
• project Settings > issue types > create a dependent dropdown field and add to the issue type 
• click edit workflow > add rule > select any rule based on fields > the dependent drop down field doesnt show up 
•

• there is no workaround here., Please add this feature
