ARJ Limitation to display a message in plans that can't determine the project(s) associated with their issue sources

Issue Summary

The problem is actually that the plan can't determine the project(s) associated with its issue sources. As an example, it can't determine the project(s) associated with two boards and their issue sources because there aren't any issues in one of this project and the JQL filters of both boards boards are complex (because they can contain a some clause).

Workaround

To work around the problem, the customer can create one or more issues in the 1 Project or add the 1 Project as a third issue source to the plan. Because a plan doesn't really provide any value without issues.
