Clicking with control in a issue card on a board doesnt open a new window.

Issue Summary

Users are not able to open tickets from Board(SCRUM/KANBAN) in a new window using ctrl+left click or cmd+left click. Is only works if clicked precisely on the issue key.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a board in Jira
Try to open any issue with ctrl/cmd+left lick to open it in a new window, nothing will happen, only works if precisely click on the issue key.

Expected Results

Should open the ticket in a new window

Actual Results

Nothing

Workaround

Click precisely on the ticket key.
