Better way for parent issue to count towards the unestimated/estimated

Problem 1: If hover over to an Epic, and all its child issues are estimated (Story point 3)but the Epic is not.

• Unestimated issue count shows 1.

• If I then put a 0 in the Epic,
• Then Unestimated issue count shows 0.
  

The expected behaviour is if the Parent item is not estimated(as zero estimation is not an estimation count), but all its child issues are, the Unestimated issue count should show 0.

Problem 2: If the roll-ups are enabled, and the Parent item displays rolled-up Story Points, the Parent item is counted as Unestimated.

The expected behaviour is that the Parent is considered under estimated.
