The Issue count progress in Plans should consider all hierarchy below, not only one level above

The Issue count progress in Plans should consider all hierarchy below, not only one level above

If you have one Epic -> Story -> subtask level like below:

EPIC-1 

   STORY-1 (done)

      SUB-1 (done)

      SUB-2 (done)

      SUB-3 (done)

   STORY-2 (in prog)

      SUB-4 (in prog)

      SUB-5  (in prog)

The progress (issue count) for EPIC-1 should show 4/7 done. 

Instead, it shows based only in the story level: 1/2
