Visiting board with Quick Filter in URL locks Quick Filter results

Issue Summary

After accessing the board with Quick Filter in the URL (e.g.: https://siteURL.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/ID/boards/123?quickFilter=123) locks the results to this Quick Filter. After deselecting the Quick Filter or selecting "Clear Filters" the Quick Filter parameter disappears from the URL, but the board results are not refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the board via the URL containing the Quick Filter parameter (https://siteURL.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/ID/boards/123?quickFilter=123)
2. Deselect the Quick Filter or select "Clear Filters"

Expected Results

The board results should refresh after deselecting the Quick Filter

Actual Results

The board results are locked to the Quick Filter

Workaround

Manual refresh of the page.
