Get all boards endpoint does not get Jira Service Management boards

Issue Summary

Jira Service Management has recently added the boards feature but these boards are not returned by the Get all boards endpoint

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable JSM boards in your project through Features
2. query Get all boards endpoint

Expected Results

You get all boards including JSM boards

Actual Results

You don't get JSM boards

Workaround

Query filters that match the JSM board
