Able to see issue type level above epic from the Timeline child issue inline create

Issue Summary

On the standard Timeline view, when creating child issues inline, the issue type dropdown contains issue types for levels above epic, when it should only contain base-level issue types.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a CMP project with issues types story, epic, and initiative (level above epic).

1. Try to inline create a child issue. Open the issue type dropdown.

Expected Results

Should only contain base-level issue types.

Actual Results

Contains all issue types, including levels above epic.

Workaround

None, but it does not seem possible to create the child issue. Backend seems to block this request.
