Issue Summary
Uploading a cover image will only use that image, and the image cannot be changed
Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results
It would be helpful for the customer if they had the option to change a cover image in the ticket as it helps them to identify tickets based on the cover image selection.
Actual Results
Worth noting that you can't choose which attachment to use as a cover: "The first uploaded image will be used as the cover"
