Issue Summary

If we rerun a Jenkins job, the Git changes between the current job and the last Job will be nothing. Since no new commits exist between the two events, there is no changeset data for the job, so nothing is linked to the Jira issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Rerun the same the same Jenkins job

Expected Results

A link is created with the Jira issue

Actual Results

A link is not created with the Jira issue

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
