Issue Summary

The text search filter causes the Security page to make multiple requests and the search gets rate-limited

Steps to Reproduce

1. Got to the security page in a Software project
2. Filter in the text field
3. Optionally add more filters from the drop-down menus

Expected Results

The page should filter the results

Actual Results

Page fails to show the results and gets rate rate-limited

Workaround

When possible use the drop-down filters before filtering by text
