Remind people to update empty fields : Unassigned should not be considered as a valid non-empty value in Team Managed workflow

Issue: If you set a rule(Remind people to update empty fields) in a TeamMannaged workflow to make it mandatory to have some value in the assignee field, at this moment a user can bypass this rule by selecting the 'unassigned' value for the assignee field.
