The "Link Issue" Option in the Change Request Item on the Release Page Is Not Functioning Properly.

Issue Summary

When attempting to associate an issue with the specified change request item, it was found that searching for the issue is not possible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created a release page.
2. Attempted to add an item of the change request type.
3. Tried linking an issue to that item
4. unable to locate the issue.

Expected Results

It should be possible to show the issue within the link issue dropdown menu.

Actual Results

The issue was not detected in the dropdown menu for linking issues.

Workaround

Currently, the functionality to add issues to an item is limited to those that have been recently viewed, as the dropdown menu exclusively displays recently viewed issues.
