Meatball menu doesn't close in Enhanced board backlog if a 3rd-party app is open.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable enhanced board view in a Jira software company managed scrum project.
2. install an app that provide a menu-item in the meatball menu to open a dialog box
3. using the meatball menu open the app

Expected Results

the meatball menu should close when the app opens

Actual Results

the meatball menu remains open and retains focus.

Workaround

• Clicking on the opened app will close the meatball menu and transfer the focus to the app.
• The issue only happens with Enhanced board view with company managed projects.
