Issue Summary

Focus sporadically changes from the comment input box in dialog view causing disruption in typing. 

Users cannot complete a sentence without the focus shifting, and they have to stop typing, undo any involuntary actions, click back into the comment section, and continue typing their message.

This issue has been observed by multiple users. The issue seems to occur sporadically and doesn't appear to be connected to any specific actions such as moving the mouse or using shortcut keys. Here is the link to a similar issue reported:

Note that this problem has not been fixed by the bug above about focus switching. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a ticket in dialogue mode from the Kanban board.
2. Click on the comment input box to start typing a comment.
3. Continue typing and observe the behavior.

Expected Results

The focus should remain within the comment input box allowing the user to type their comment uninterrupted.

Actual Results

While typing in the comment input box, the focus occasionally moves away from the input box causing disruption in typing. The user has to re-click the comment input box to continue typing. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
