Parent cards without any related children in the same board will not display the parent name label

Issue Summary

Currently Epics and other issues above the Epic issue type in the hierarchy will have a label (lozenge) showing its name to make it easier to identify associated issues within the same board. See the example below:

If the parent issue card does not happen to have any associated children in the same board though, the label will not be displayed:

Steps to Reproduce

• Have a board (e.g. Scrum board, active sprint view) with an Epic or any issue type above it in the hierarchy
• Make sure there are no related children issues in the same board

Expected Results

The label with the Epic's name/summary will still be displayed.

Actual Results

The label is not displayed

Workaround

None at this moment.
