Some Github repositories are not visible for adding via the toolchain feature within Jira Cloud

Issue Summary

Jira Toolchain - Adding a Github repo to a Jira project does not list all Github respositories in the dropdown

Steps to Reproduce

• Create organizations in Github.
• Create repositories for these organizations
• Connect the GitHub organizations in Jira
• Trying to add a repo to a Jira project via Toolchain.
• The dropdown does not show all the repositories

Expected Results

• The dropdown should show all the repositories

Actual Results

• The dropdown does not show all the repositories

Workaround

Refer the Jira issue key from the branch/pr/commit of the repository to show on toolchain
