Problem

When making issue type hierarchy changes, we get the following error, when trying to save. Tick the checkbox and confirm.
The window says "applying changes" and it "will take a few minutes" - behind the popup, the error message is replaced by an "in progress" message.

The changes to your hierarchy configuration couldn't be applied
We recommend trying to save your configuration again in 5 minutes. If this process fails again, contact Atlassian support to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we've disabled new changes to prevent conflicts within your hierarchy.
