Issue Summary

The parent field briefly shows and then disappears if added to team-managed Epics
According to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/limitations-of-team-managed-projects-in-advanced-roadmaps/ team-managed Epics should not allow for any higher hierarchy

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Parent field in the team-managed Epic issue type
2. Load any Epic in the team-managed project

Expected Results

The field should not be allowed to be added or should not show at all

Actual Results

The field briefly shows and then disappears, causing confusion

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
