Card drag performance on board with many columns is poor

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a board with 20+ columns and multiple statuses in at least one column
      2. Drag an issue across the columns

      Expected Results

      Drag is responsive, and column drop zones register the card as soon as it reaches the given column.

      Actual Results

      There is a substantial delay before columns register a card hovering above them.
