Issue Summary

When the Swimlane on the Enhanced board is set to Epics, the last lane, 'Issues without Epics' displays the Epics as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure that the board filter fetches issues of type Epic and standard type.
2. Set the 'Base Swimlanes on' to Epics under Swimlanes on the Enhanced board.
3. Access the board to view the last lane, 'Issues without Epics'.

Expected Results

The Issues without Epics' lane should only display standard issues that do not have any parent Epic.

Actual Results

The Issues without Epics' lane considers and displays Epics along with the standard issues.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
