Customer would like to see the custom description of the Priority field/Description system field on the edit/view screens

      Customer would like to see the custom description of the Priority field and the description field on the edit/view screens.

      If we add a description in the Priority field or description field, this description will only appear on the creation screen but not on the edit/view screens.
