Issue Summary

Users encountering a problem where the dot (.) quick action dialogue menu in Jira tickets is not functioning as expected. When they press the dot (.) to prompt the list of actions, it does not load and remains in a continuous loading state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Jira issue.
2. Try to access the quick action dialog by pressing the dot (.) on your keyboard.
3. Notice the action dialog menu keeps loading, without presenting any list of actions.

Expected Results

The dot (.) quick action dialogue menu should load promptly upon pressing the dot key, displaying a list of actions.

Actual Results

The dot (.) quick action dialogue menu does not load, instead remaining in a continuous loading state.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
