Ability to have dropdown fields like Labels & Issue type displayed in a Company-Managed Sprint board

Summary:

In a Team-Managed project, the fields such as Issue Type and Labels are displayed as Dropdowns in the sprint board as shown below:

The sprint board is designed differently for Company-Managed projects which allows quick filters but not field dropdowns like Team managed projects:

Suggestion:

As a Jira user, it would be good to have the look and feel of the Company-Managed project sprint board as same as the Team-managed Sprint board for the fields. A dropdown option for the fields is user-friendly and will have the visibility of all the available values to select.
