Update expand macro in issue description via API

      There does not appear to be any documentation of the format of expand macros for version 3 of the Jira REST API. The format of other macros is described at https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=all.

      Please support the expand macro to be edited via API.
