As a GH user I can depend on version hierarchy integrity for Affects Version when specify sprint/child version.

      We are using a version hierarchy of Release and Sprint.
      When a user only enters Sprint version in Fix Version field the GH Version Synchronizer service will automatically add parent Release version to Fix Version field. However, when a user enters Sprint version in Affects Version field without Release version there is no synchronizer to auto correct the mistake. This is causing our filters which query for issues by Affects Version to miss issues.
