In the new JIRA Experience the create Releases functionality is at the bottom of all releases.

Suggested Solution

Move the create Releases functionality at the top of all releases, as it is in the old design

Why this is important

When there are many releases in the project, they first need to load and then there is possibility to create the Release, which takes time

Workaround

Create Versions from the Backlog
