Order 'Released Versions' and 'Unreleased Versions' equally

      Currently, when seeing Released Versions and Unreleased Versions in a versions field (e.g.: Affects Version/s) the order is different. For example, if this is configured in the Project versions:

      This is how it will be displayed in the Affects Version/s field:

      Proposed Fix:
      We should make both of them order equally so there won't be any confusion. Either by making both sorted ASC or DESC.
