Possibility for projects-users to see archived versions

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently only project administrator can see archived versions in project details tab.

      If other team members need to view archived versions list, it is not possible to grant them this permission.

      Is it possible to define a new permission "View Archived Versions" or let all projects users to see archived versions on project details page ?
