Issue Summary

Ability to hide the release details without hiding the related issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Plans and select the advanced roadmap plans
2. Release details will be displayed

Expected Results

Ability to hide the release details without hiding the related issues.

Actual Results

We can only exclude releases by using the "Exclude rules" which will also exclude the assigned issues.

Workaround:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
