Sprint burndown insight does not register when issue is deleted

Issue Summary

When an issue is deleted from the sprint the burndown insight is not recalculated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Sprint with 2 Issues(4 Story Points, 1 Story Point)
2. Delete 1 Issue from the Sprint.
3. Observe that the Sprint burndown insight still shows 5 Story Points.
4. Observe the Burndown chart shows the correct value ( 4 Story Points ) also Backlog insight updates its committed story point .

Expected Results

When an issue is deleted from the sprint the burndown insight widget should be recalculated.

Actual Results

When an issue is deleted from the sprint the burndown insight is not recalculated.

Workaround

Refer to the the Burndown chart instead of the insight or use Backlog Insight for committed Story points
