Export plan as PDF

Exporting the plan to a PDF would be incredibly helpful.

Often plans need to be sent to external customers/sponsors who are not always allowed direct access to the Jira or Portfolio pages. In these cases, it would be helpful to have a PDF export option to transmit this schedule to those players.

This ticket has been created to split it from the former Export to PNG / PDF ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-19755 in order to have a better representation of the amount of votes targeted towards the PDF export.
