Release date is set to one day behind due to timezone problem

Issue Summary

While changing the Date of a Release after selecting the date the date displayed is one day behind the selected one

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your Profile setting to US/Pacific Time
2. Set your System Setting to Pacific Daylight Time
3. Change the date of a Release

Expected Results

The date is saved and displayed correctly

Actual Results

The date is saved but displayed as one day behind the selected and saved date

Workaround
