Cards' fields arrangement in portrait mode

Summary
Viewing an agile board using a portrait display. In my case 1200 x 1920.

Steps to reproduce
Set up a board with 5 or more columns.

Expected Result
The user indicator (avatar) and issue ID appear in the usual place.

Actual Result
The user indicator and issue ID unnecessarily 'wrap' to the line below - and appear at the bottom left (instead of the bottom right). There seems to be enough room for them to fit on the right side.

Impact
Makes the location of the issue ID inconsistent.
Increases the height of each card on the board - requiring the user to scroll more.
