Description
Issue Summary
Update: It has been clarified that the actual bug here is referring to the incorrect total count of issues in the backlog is since it is includes subtasks;
In the above example, we see 84 of 92 issues visible even after clicking Clear all filters. This is because there are 8 subtasks that are incorrectly included in the total count of 92. Subtasks don't appear on the backlog view and should not be included in the total count (more information on that in this ticket: JSWCLOUD-7992 – Ability to see subtasks on the scrum backlog in Company-Managed Projects and on the backlog in Team-Managed Projects). Therefore, the correct number of issues are appearing in the backlog, however, the phrase "84 of 92 issues visible" is misleading due to this bug.
Original Summary
In the backlog of a company-managed project the Clear all filters link is not making all issues appear there.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a backlog of a company-managed project and try to use the Clear all filters link
- Observe that the backlog still shows "x of y issues visible" instead of all issues as expected.
Expected Results
Clicking Clear all on the backlog should make all issues appear.
Actual Results
Clicking Clear all on the backlog does not make all issues appear.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
