Issue Summary

When Users login into the instance, since they have a dashboard as the Landing page and if Sprint Burndown or Sprint Health gadget are added to the Dashboard page which the user lands in then the board loads but there is no Issue search, user avatars of users who have access to the board & the Quick Filter button. We just see a white ribbon on the board of most of the projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Sprint Burndown or Sprint Health gadget to the dashboard on which the user lands in after logging to the instance.
2. After this if the user lands on the Dashboard and from there, without refreshing the page, goes to a board on any project then the board does not load fine.

Expected Results

The board should load fine and we should be able to see Issue search, user avatars of users who have access to the board & the Quick Filter button.

Actual Results

We see a white blank ribbon and we are not able to see Issue search, user avatars of users who have access to the board & the Quick Filter button.

Workaround

Remove the Sprint Burndown or Sprint Health gadget  from the dashboard where the user lands in.
