Make the announcement banner rich text

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      The announcement banner is a great Jira Cloud feature, but it is super limited. It doesn't allow users to add links (i.e. to supporting documentation), and doesn't allow font weight/color or background color changes. Having the announcement be more flexible would help attract attention to important information.
