Issue Summary
Normally editing a workflow such as adding a new status to it will generate entries in the audit log and also leave a last edited message on the workflow view. See the examples below:
The same action done through the board's settings on a simplified workflow does not generate any of those entries though:
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a board's columns settings where the project's workflow is simplified
- Click on Add status
- Conclude the operation
Expected Results
You will see an entry in the audit log and also on the workflow editor page.
Actual Results
No events are logged.
Workaround
None at the moment.
