When we hosted JIRA ourselves behind our company firewall, we were able to see who attached a document to an issue in JIRA. It would show us the first and last name of the user.

Ever since we moved to the JIRA in the cloud, we are not able to see this vital information. I am hoping that this is a simple oversight and can be easily rectified. If its just a configuration that the admin at end needs to add, then please let us know that too.
