Reporter field disappeared on the issue view in Team-managed project

Issue Summary

The "reporter” field has disappeared on the issue view of all issue types in the Team-managed project after the following feature is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse any Team-managed projects.
2. Observer that the reporter field is missing even in the issue type setting page.

Expected Results

The default "Reporter" field should not disappear from the issue view.

Actual Results

The default "Reporter" field disappeared from both the issue view and issue type setting page.

Workaround

To fix this simply update the layout on the issue type setting page by just reordering fields, and refreshing the page, and you should be able to see the reporter field.
