Popup warning for uploading N+ files, and mass delete attachments

      1. N could be 100 or configurable.
      2. Mass/bulk delete is currently available only for admins but only as a 'Delete all'. Regular users should have access to delete multiple attachments at once from the list of attachments that they uploaded/have access to.
