Enable sorting of backlog to make planning more efficient

Pain point: Before grooming and sprint planning meetings, the leader of the meeting has to manually sort the stories to ensure we discuss each story starting from the highest priority items. Currently this requires a lot of manual "drag-and-drop" behavior.

Value: on average, 15-20 minutes are wasted in preparation for each meeting; this aggregates to a significant time loss at the company wide level in man hours lost over the course of the year

Scope: Backlog view, future sprints and backlog section

Requested feature: an affordance to trigger sorting the set of stories in each future planned sprint as well as the unplanned stories (backlog) by priority.

Additional Information: we primarily use the "Priority" property to define sorting rank. We also leverage the "Fix Versions" property as part of our release planning, which can impact the ranking as well. My requested MVP implementation would be to only have the sorting utilize the Priority property, and we could manage version planning through the use of quick filters.
