Integration between Instances

      As an Enterprise client, Alight would like to have better integration between two of our instances.  for example, we have our business teams in one instance and our product teams in another.  There are times where the 2 instances will need to talk to each other - whether it's creating new issues from one instance into another, moving a ticket to another or even possibly allowing a Support ticket to be tracked into a Product Epic so that we can track defect leakage better.  

      We have been working with our TAM on this - Marissa .  This is something that many of our users are asking for over and over again.  We'd be happy to help brainstorm how integration would work, or ideas on how to implement this.
