Provide an ability to sort the Automations rules based on Project

With the introduction of the pagination concept to the Automation rule list, administrators have lost the ability to sort the rules and this is causing inconvenience when there are multiple rules in the project.

As per the discussion with the development team, it is only possible to have the sorting based on Projects. Hence raising the request for the same.
