Automatically backup of automation rules

As a safekeeping measure, it should be possible to automatically create backups of the Automation for Jira rules. This would allow to quickly recover them in case of any issues happening with an existing rule.

Currently, the only way to backup the rules is to clicking on the  (...) button and selecting Export rules. This generates a single .json file with every rule from the system.
