Issue Summary
Currently, the only way to link a Jira issue with an OpsGenie incident is a manual work via UI by following the steps below, based on this documentation here:
- Click Link issue to start linking issues. An inline linking component would show up right under the section.
 - Select the relation type of the link from the first dropdown.
 - Search for the Jira Software issue from the search box and click Link to link the searched issue to the alert/incident.
 
Expected behavior
Have the ability to link tickets without doing the manual process, by having an available REST API in order to do so.
