A4J when re-opens an issue in next-gen -> need the issue to move to the top of the list

      A4J when re-opens an issue in next-gen the issue needs to move to the top of the list however currently it is moving based on the ASC order and not based on the recently updated. 

        Note : Manually we can move in any order.
