Problem / Context

When working towards a release there are often bugs that come up that are scheduled in the current or next sprints. 

What this normally means is that after raising an issue and assigning it to a release, the item is assigned by default to the bottom of the selected sprint backlog. 

This means having to navigate to the backlog or sprint view, selecting the team member, and then manually moving the item to other similar issues that they are working on (i.e. Epic and Release). 

It would be great to have a setting that allows this to happen automatically.

User Story

As a SCRUM Master / Product Manager

I want to have my issues ordered in the backlog automatically based on release or epic

So that I don't have to manually reorder the backlog every time a new issue is created
