      Problem Definition

      At the moment, when Automation for JIRA received at the client end, in their email header update with (Client did not present a certificate). This is due it is using Postfix to verify their incoming email. As the notification is sent by Sparkpost and it is processed by AmazonSES, it not supported to provide their certificate.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow Postfix to get the AmazonSES certificate

      Why this is important

      This is to assure the user received email from a certified mail server.
