Hi,
We will soon start using Jira Cloud and want your suggestion please:
1. is there any add-on or any way on the Jira Cloud itself to be able to schedule a ticket to reopen at a specific date/hour.
2. is there a way to put a ticket on hold until a specific date and the ticket to reopen at that date, if not possible, to get a notification on that date that this ticket is due etc etc.
